개인정보처리방침
미니제우스는 회원가입이나 광고 SDK를 사용하지 않으며, Firebase Analytics의 광고 ID 수집과 광고 개인화 신호를 비활성화합니다. 서비스 운영, 품질 개선 및 게임 통계를 위해 아래 정보를 처리합니다.
1. 수집 및 처리하는 정보
Google Firebase Analytics는 무작위 앱 인스턴스 식별자, 앱 실행·세션·화면 조회, 앱·기기·OS 정보, IP 주소에서 파생된 대략적인 지역 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 앱은 배포 채널·빌드 유형, 게임 화면 조회·주요 기능 선택, 싱글플레이 결과·시간·캐릭터·특성·맵·종료 사유를 맞춤 이벤트로 전송합니다. 익명 플레이어 ID, 문의 내용, 회신 이메일 또는 자유 형식 입력값은 Firebase Analytics로 전송하지 않습니다.
멀티플레이, 랭킹 또는 문의 기능을 사용하는 경우 개발자 서버는 익명 플레이어 ID, 앱 버전·채널, 국가 또는 지역 코드, 멀티플레이 경기·MMR·부정 이용 방지 정보, 연결과 보안을 위한 User-Agent·네트워크 메타데이터를 처리할 수 있습니다. 호스팅 인프라는 서비스 제공과 보안을 위해 IP 주소를 일시적으로 처리할 수 있습니다.
앱 오류 또는 ANR(응답 없음) 발생 시 Firebase Crashlytics가 Firebase 설치 식별자, 앱·기기·OS 정보, 오류 시점의 앱 상태 및 오류/ANR 스택 정보를 진단 목적으로 처리할 수 있습니다.
앱은 통계 목적으로 이름, 이메일 주소, 전화번호, 연락처, 사진, 파일, 정밀 위치 또는 광고 식별자를 수집하지 않습니다.
2. 이용 목적
수집 정보는 DAU/MAU 등 이용 현황 집계, 기능 사용 분석, 게임 밸런스 개선, 오류와 연결 품질 확인, 부정 이용 탐지, 서버 운영과 경기 결과 검증에 사용합니다. 광고 프로파일링에는 사용하지 않습니다.
3. 기기 내 처리 정보
사운드, 진동, 화면 효과, 튜토리얼 완료 여부 등 게임 설정은 기본적으로 기기 안에 저장됩니다. 통계 이벤트에는 자유 형식 입력 내용이나 설정의 원문을 포함하지 않습니다.
4. 보관 및 삭제
Google Analytics의 사용자·이벤트 수준 데이터는 속성 설정에 따라 최대 14개월 동안 보관될 수 있으며, Firebase Crashlytics의 충돌·ANR 데이터와 관련 설치 식별자는 90일 동안 보관된 후 삭제 절차가 시작됩니다. 앱 내 문의 티켓은 최대 180일 동안 임시 보관한 후 삭제합니다. 멀티플레이 전적·MMR은 서비스 운영 기간 동안 보관할 수 있으나, 사용자가 삭제를 요청하면 게스트 ID와 연결된 서버 데이터를 확인하여 삭제합니다. 개인과 다시 연결할 수 없는 집계 통계는 삭제 요청 이후에도 보관될 수 있습니다.
데이터 삭제 요청: 앱 프로필에서 전체 게스트 ID를 복사한 뒤 이메일로 요청할 수 있습니다. 삭제 대상, 보관 예외 및 자세한 절차는 미니제우스 데이터 삭제 요청 안내에서 확인하세요.
앱을 삭제하거나 앱 데이터를 삭제하면 기기에 저장된 설정과 익명 플레이어 ID가 삭제됩니다.
5. 제3자 처리 및 보안
서버와 데이터베이스는 Railway 호스팅 인프라에서 운영됩니다. Google Firebase Analytics는 앱 이용 통계를, Firebase Crashlytics는 오류 및 ANR 진단을 처리합니다. 해당 제공자는 서비스 제공과 품질 개선을 위해 데이터를 처리합니다. 개발자는 개인정보를 판매하거나 광고 사업자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 앱과 서버 간 통신에는 HTTPS/WSS 암호화를 사용하며 운영 통계 페이지는 관리자 인증으로 제한합니다.
6. 문의 및 테스터 지원
앱 내 문의 화면을 이용하는 경우 문의 내용, 사용자가 선택해 입력한 회신 이메일, 익명 플레이어 ID, 앱 버전·배포 채널·빌드 유형, 국가 또는 지역 코드, 기기 정보가 포함된 User-Agent를 처리합니다. 회신 이메일은 사용자가 직접 입력한 경우에만 처리합니다. 문의 데이터는 분석 이벤트와 별도 저장소에 임시 보관하며 관리자 인증이 필요한 지원 화면에서만 조회합니다. 현재 앱 내 문의에는 사진·파일 첨부 기능이 없으며, 이미지 등 첨부 자료는 사용자가 이메일 문의에서 자발적으로 보낸 경우에만 문의 처리와 테스트 운영 목적으로 사용합니다.
7. 아동의 개인정보
미니제우스는 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다. 보호자는 문의처로 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.
8. 변경 및 문의
수집 항목이나 이용 목적이 변경되면 본 방침과 Google Play 데이터 보안 섹션을 갱신합니다.

Privacy Policy
1. Data We Collect and Process
Google Firebase Analytics may process a random app-instance identifier, app launches, sessions, screen views, app/device/OS information, and approximate region derived from an IP address. The App sends distribution channel, build type, game screen and feature usage, and single-player result details as custom events. It does not send its anonymous player ID, support message, reply email, or free-form input to Firebase Analytics. Advertising ID collection and ad-personalization signals are disabled.
When multiplayer, ranking, or support features are used, the developer server may process an anonymous player ID, app version/channel, country or region code, multiplayer records, MMR, anti-abuse data, and User-Agent/network metadata needed for connectivity and security. Hosting infrastructure may process IP addresses temporarily for service delivery and security.
When an app crash or ANR occurs, Firebase Crashlytics may process a Firebase installation identifier, app/device/OS information, app state at the time of the failure, and crash or ANR stack data for diagnostics.
The App does not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, contacts, photos, files, precise location, or advertising identifiers for analytics.
2. Purposes of Processing
We use this data to calculate usage metrics such as DAU and MAU, understand feature usage, improve game balance, diagnose errors and connection quality, detect abuse, operate the server, and verify match results. We do not use it for advertising profiles.
3. On-Device Data
Game settings such as sound, vibration, screen effects, and tutorial completion are stored on the device by default. Analytics events do not include free-form user text or raw setting content.
4. Retention and Deletion
Google Analytics user-level and event-level data may be retained for up to 14 months, depending on the property setting. Firebase Crashlytics crash and ANR data and associated installation identifiers are retained for 90 days before removal begins. In-app support tickets are kept temporarily for up to 180 days and then deleted. Multiplayer records and MMR may be retained while the service operates, but server data linked to a guest ID is reviewed and deleted when the user submits a deletion request. Aggregated statistics that can no longer be linked back to an individual may be retained after a request.

Uninstalling the App or clearing its app data removes settings and the anonymous player ID stored on the device.
5. Processors and Security
The server and database run on Railway hosting infrastructure. Google Firebase Analytics processes app-usage analytics, and Firebase Crashlytics processes crash and ANR diagnostics. These providers process data for service delivery and quality improvement. We do not sell personal data or provide it to advertising companies. The App uses HTTPS/WSS encryption and the operations dashboard requires administrator authentication.
6. Support and Beta Testing
When a user submits the in-app support form, we process the inquiry message, an optional reply email only when supplied by the user, anonymous player ID, app version, distribution channel, build type, country or region code, and a device-information User-Agent. Support data is kept temporarily and separately from analytics events, and is available only through an administrator-authenticated support page. The in-app form does not currently accept photo or file attachments. Email support and tester applications may include files voluntarily supplied by the user; those files are used only for support and test operation.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect children's personal information. A parent or guardian may contact us to request deletion.
8. Changes and Contact
If collected data or processing purposes change, we will update this policy and the Google Play Data safety section.
